Om Prakash Chautala dies:
Five-time Haryana Chief Minister and Indian National Lok Dal (INLD) chief Om Prakash Chautala died in Gurugram on Friday at the age of 89. He had trouble breathing after which he was taken to the hospital, where he died of a heart attack. He was cremated at his native village Chautala in Sirsa on Saturday afternoon. The Haryana government declared a holiday in all schools in the state on Saturday and declared three days of state mourning in the state on his demise. Many leaders including Vice President OP Dhankhar and Chief Minister Nayab Saini attended his funeral.
